The NACHC Policy & Issues Forum and EXPO (P&I) brings together more than 2,300 Community Health Center leaders to engage in one of THE largest Washington, DC-based conferences focused on health care policy. The P&I is the heartbeat of grassroots activity for health center advocates, who gather in a dynamic setting to set strategies for legislative advocacy and political engagement with elected representatives. The 2016 P&I comes at a critical time for the nation, now in the midst of an unprecedented transformation of its health care delivery system set in motion by the landmark health reform law and recent boosts in federal support for health centers. Members of Congress and Presidents from both sides of the political aisle have long understood that health centers are key to reforming and improving our health system. In the coming years, health centers will expand access to care by serving new patients, expanding to new communities, and adding more comprehensive services. All of this is occurring as health centers continue to drive our primary care system towards a dynamic, patient-centered and team-based model of care for the 21st century and beyond.
Companies participating in the P&I EXPO and sponsors will take advantage of a 52 to 1 opportunity ratio; meaning there are approximately 52 attendees for every one participating exhibiting company. At that rate, this one-day EXPO provided each of the 44 exhibiting companies in 2015 with an intimate showcase. NACHC is committed to keeping our exhibit costs contained, by providing you with a booth package that includes many necessary exhibit services and booth equipment therefore keeping additional fees to a minimum.
Each 10x10 booth includes:
- Two conference registrations (a $4,000 value)
- Complimentary access to wireless internet
- One – six foot (6’) draped and skirted table
- Two arm chairs
- One wastebasket
- One ID sign

Category III: Commercial organization or corporation
- 10x10 — $4,680
- 10x20 — $5,935

Sponsorship, Advertising, and Marketing Information
NACHC also offers sponsorship, advertising and marketing opportunities in addition to exhibiting at the Policy and Issues Forum Expo. These packages allow for additional marketing opportunities to the over 2200 attendees at the Policy and Issues forum.
